What Foldometer collects

Nothing. Foldometer has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. The app does not send your fold counts, statistics or any other information to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your iPhone

Your fold counts and the statistics built from them (today’s count, all-time total, daily record, streak, weekday and hourly charts) are stored only on your device. The Home Screen widgets read that same on-device data. Because the data lives only on your iPhone, deleting Foldometer deletes it.

In-app purchases

Foldometer is free. The optional one-time support tips (Bronze Hinge, Silver Hinge and Golden Hinge) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details or Apple Account. Apple handles purchases under its own privacy policy. Apple may give developers anonymous, aggregated sales reports that do not identify you.

This website

foldometer.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Like any website, the server and its content delivery network may process technical data such as your IP address for a short time to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Children

Because Foldometer collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
